Our Children Policy
At XSalonce we thrive on making sure our guests are in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Please make arrangements for your children during your appointment time as this helps ensure the comfort of our guests. If you must bring your children, another adult must accompany you to watch them. Children are not allowed in the stylist area of the salon UNLESS they are receiving a service.

Our Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you cancel your scheduled appointment at least 24 hrs in advance. There will be a fee of 50% of the service cancelled if you fail to cancel within this time. NO SHOWS may be charged full price of service or will no longer be scheduled. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and we ask that you please respect our business.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and will need to be rescheduled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals. Last minute cancellations and late arrivals can impose a great inconvenience and loss to our business, and you may be charged a cancellation fee to reschedule. We ask that you please call if you are going to be more then 10 minutes late to verify if there is still time to get you in.
